Release Day - Whiskey

Image
Today's the day! Whiskey, book 1 of the Twisted Roses, is now live on Amazon as both a paperback , and Kindle format , included in a Kindle Unlimited subscription! There are already books out in the wild from preorders via me that I delivered yesterday, and I do have a few left if anyone would like a signed copy. Check out the blurb below, and go order yours!! I loved him first. But I never expected him to share. For years, Sasha kept her feelings locked away. Falling for her best friend’s older brother was a cliché and her friendship was worth more. But when she finally lands in Corey’s arms, she gets far more than she ever dreamed of. He doesn’t just claim her, he recognises the truth she’s been hiding from herself: she’s in love with his brother, too. Entering a relationship with both men is a beautiful, breathless risk. But loving one of them means entering his world—the lawless, fiercely loyal universe of the Twisted Roses Motorcycle Club. When the MC calls on Sasha’s legal ex...

Twisted Roses book 1

It's time to meet Sasha, the woman who started this entire series... This whole thing started out as a one-book idea of a female biker who becomes the first patched member of a motorcycle club, and as soon as I started writing, new stories started springing up from every corner! Sasha and her guys quickly formed an amazing storyline that developed into two books, because I couldn't contain it in one. There is a very clear change to her story, which led to it becoming two books. From there, other characters started popping up with their own storylines, and I had to divert and write those ideas down, causing a very long-winded writing process for the first book. Once I had the first book ready to go, I realised that book 2 needed to be ready too as there is a mighty cliffhanger at the end of book 1, which picks right back up in book 2, and I didn't want to let book 1 out into the world with no foreseeable date for i's continuation. However, I am now confident that book 2 ...

It is time...

Readers, I think it's time! My new series is almost ready for you... I didnt quite manage my goal of an early spring release for book 1, but it is visible on the horizon now. I will be planning a cover reveal and release for book 1 over the coming weeks, and a pre order date for book 2, which will follow closely behind the first book. You've seen a few sneak peeks of the series already, but the Twisted Roses is going to be a multi-book series following the bikers of the Twisted Roses Motorcycle Club, starting with one very fiery young woman who finds herself a part of the club 😉  This dirty romance series quickly gained traction from one simple idea of a female biker into a 13 book series or more, as each of the characters gained their own story that needed to be written. This is the Twisted Roses patch and I think I am finally happy with how it turned out - it is mentioned within the story several times and I had a pretty specific idea in my head of what I wanted it to look l...

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, Readers! Apologies for going AWOL on you all, life got a little busy, and then it was Christmas... you know how it is. However, I have still been writing, and editing, and am in a good place with my current manuscripts. I have New Year goals to get the first two Twisted Roses books published before Spring! I'm putting that in writing so that you can all hold me responsible. The first Twisted Roses novel is virtually ready to go, but I want the second ready to go too, so that no one is left hanging with the cliffhanger at the end of book one.  As soon as I have dates that I can work to and hold, I will get some titles and cover reveals coming for you. I am so excited to get this series out to you, what started as a single story about a woman biker has become so much more, and I have no idea how I am going to find the time to write the whole series that I have planned now. I also have some ideas for new Hidden World Novels that I need to find time to write too. Until ...

October 2025

Hello, Readers! Spooky Season is upon us, and my inner child is so ready for Halloween - as are my actual children. We already have one Halloween decoration up, and have done so for weeks now! I love Autumn, and we are down for all the autumnal things - we've already been collecting conkers and have a huge collection going that I now need to find a purpose for... we have plans for Halloween and we are booking in all the trips to places like Pumpkin farms!  What have I been writing? I have put my efforts into getting the Hidden World Novels onto Kindle Unlimited this month, and am hoping that the time away from my Twisted Roses bikers is the push I need to get writing them again, as I had very much got myself stuck in a rut or rereading rather than writing! I can now happily say that all six of the Hidden World Novels are available to read on Kindle Unlimited. This series is not a finished series; there are so many more stories waiting to be written - I just have to find the...

September 2025

Hello, Readers! How is it September already? Like, seriously, I swear it was Easter a few weeks ago... This year is flying by! It's "Not Back to School" week in our house this week, as my boys are Home Educated, so we are reintroducing some of our rhythms that we have relaxed somewhat over the summer, which included a trip out to The Deep already at their request. We have a full calendar of activities planned as all of our meet ups and groups are back on now that the schools have gone back. I can't wait for some of the things that we have coming up... and I also want to get myself back into a routine as I have let it slip somewhat this last few months and I have very little writing to show for it! What have I been writing? I have kept checking in with my Twisted Roses series, but I have found myself reading and rereading material that I already have. There have been some words added to book two as there should have been, but nowhere near enough for me to say that I am...

August 2025

Hello, Readers! Summer is upon us and the school holidays have brought the crowds upon us. I try to hibernate a little over the summer holidays as we don't need to be places when they're crowded. As home educators, we can make use of places during the weeks when children are back at school and everywhere is much more chilled. We do however, still spend a lot of time out at the caravan. Our sleepy little seaside town never gets mega busy like some of the big beaches do. So we still get to have a slightly more relaxed holiday, even though it's busier than usual.  What have I been writing? My Twisted Roses Motorcycle Club series gained another story this month. Another character that has already made an appearance in one of the first few books suddenly sprung a storyline in my head which I had to get down and is shaping up to be an interesting plot. Book one is almost ready - I just have a timeline issue to fix and then I am hoping to get a reveal ready for you. ...
