Hello and Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to the new website - I am excited about how this is going to work. Anyone who has been following me for a while will know that I had a website before, with a monthly newsletter, but after some changes to the company I was using, and some careful consideration, I decided that it wasn't working for me and let the subscriptions lapse. Since then, I have been trying to work out how to move forward, as I still wanted a landing space to direct readers to and some way to communicate other than my socials, which I have just rebooted after almost a year of silence. I have big plans now as I have new books in the works after finishing The Cursed Novels last year! So, moving forward, I will be using this platform as both a website, where information will stay static on the pages tabbed across the top. Hello, Readers! Thanks for stopping by, Angel here, with my original author profile photo for those of you that might be new to my work... It is probably time for a more up to date photograph, but I love this one, and honestly, I haven't changed much! The blog here is where I will be posting each month, and in between if there is news that needs to be passed on instead of starting up a newsletter again. I'll update you on what I'm writing, what stage my projects are at and when to expect the next book... Hello, Readers! Wow, this month seems to have flown by! Let's catch up, shall we? For any writers reading this, they will probably know that April was the first Camp of the year linked to National Novel Writing Month, or NaNoWriMo , which is November. The non-profit organisation have been around for years, and there are some truly great novels that have risen from the efforts, one well-known one, and one of my favourites, is The Night Circus, by Erin Morgenstern, which started out as a NaNoWriMo project! NaNoWriMo is simply a month that brings writers all over the world together with one common goal, write 50,000 words during the 30 days of November, which averages out at 1667 words as day. I've been taking part in NaNoWriMo for years now and always use it to start a first draft, making sure that I commit and get those words down on a page.
